About AT for All
Whether you’re new to the Alexander Technique, or you’re just hungry for more, our specialized group classes offer an abundance of ways to apply AT to your life and help you feel better. Taught by graduates of RIAT, RIAT teachers or Affiliates, classes have ranged from AT for Musicians, to AT for Seniors, to using the Technique to practice resilience, to spaces specifically designed for BIPOC or Queer folks to explore the Technique.
Classes take place at the Sapientia Center in the Flatiron District of Manhattan. All classes are $5. No one will be turned away. And if you can pay more, that will pave the way for others. All levels welcome.

The principle of quiet on the outside while maintaining dynamic strength on the inside continues to inspire our work. In this workshop, we will restore our relationship to the ground with a few simple Tai Chi movements to deepen our awareness of the gravitational field and Primary Control. Together we will map oppositional forces—circular and spiral—adding greater dimension, freedom and spatial integrity to our movement. In-person only.
